If you’ve made it this far, congrats are in order. In 2011, I created a platform for IBM’s Coremetrics to improve their existing web application and integrate new data. Design has come a long way in the last 12 years, but some of the ideas and processes still remain the same today. I thought I’d keep a few old projects in this portfolio for sentimental value, and just to show how much design has progressed since then. I created about 20 or so of these CRM’s to automate workflows for various companies in the valley, including E-Trade, Toshiba, Target, ShipWire, BlueShield, Oracle, SugarCRM, those are just a few. It was the agency’s bread and butter at the time and quite valuable for the customers as well. They were able to automate workflows, customize solutions for their teams, sort and view big data, and use for marketing communications – like what you see in the example below.
