When Disney acquired Marvel, it’s online store had 1-2 sales per day. The Marvel online store was in much need of redesign.
When i startI conducted a site audit, the used the audit to create a high level UX strategy and prioritize what needed to be done in upcoming development cycles to have the greatest impact on sales. I established cross-functional teams in order to maximize efficiency and broke up the project into attainable goals divided across each team.




The result was an entire site redesigned, coded, and released in a matter of weeks. The impact was huge and teams were restructured across engineering as a result. Sales went up to thousands of orders a day.
